The Sound of Poetry, is a new Youtube channel I’ve created. It’s basically a music channel that is meant to be experienced as a song playlist. The poetry portion of the idea for this channel, is showcasing short poems and quotes with vivid pictures and images.
The music is mostly Creative Commons music that I’ve curated into a playlist that can be experienced by letting the songs play one after the other.
I tend to think of the poetry as a bonus to this music, as the images don’t really change, only the music does.
As one who likes to dabble with visual images and art, I enjoy putting the images to the poems and creating something slightly new.
